Mark Lindsay, Managing Director  mark.lindsay@tlcrandr.com

Mark started TLC R&R in 2006 as a sister company to Tender Lifts and Cranes Ltd, The principle reason was to separate refit work from the production of new build equipment. Mark spends most of his time on board yachts, managing and directing the technical issues of engineering, fault diagnosis, and maintenance and has a good working relationship with many shipyards in Europe and further afield. Prior to founding TLC R&R Mark worked as an independent Marine Engineer and consultant travelling world wide on various projects. These ranged from project consultant on a complete engine room installation on a 60m triple engine jet drive motor yacht to project managing a full restoration of a 1934 classic gentleman’s motor yacht. Preceding this he spent 4 years as a partner in a classic yacht restoration company based in Kent having returned from 10 years as a Chief Engineer and latterly Captain of private and charter yachts (motor & sail) in the Med, USA and Caribbean. Mark gained his engineering skills training from the age of 17 to 22 in commercial shipping as a marine engineer working in UK and European shipyards and ports.

Mark Rudd, Operations Manager mark.rudd@tlcrandr.com

Mark joined TLC R&R in 2009 after 2 years working for her sister company. He spent 20 years at sea on yachts both motor and sail culminating in command of the 86 metre (282 foot) Feadship motor yacht Ecstasea. Mark brings to TLC R&R his organisational skills, knowledge of rules and regulations and extensive shipyard experience gained during his time on the project teams on large motor yacht new builds at Amels, Benetti and Royal van Lent Feadship. He has also spent many years refitting motor and sailing yachts at shipyards around the world. Mark is responsible for project management, coordination, organisation and the smooth running of each job. He is also a qualified Ship Surveyor.
